  1. I am a fan of Grom and San Crispino, but my most favourite is the gelato made by my friend Paolo at his gelateria in Gallicano. Pistachio and nociola are the flavours I love the best.

    • I’ve read about Grom and will try it when I am in NYC. Their web site is pretty cool. San Crispino is further immortalized in EAT, PRAY, LOVE but for me I’m staying off the tourist radar and will visit your friend’s place in Gallicano and stop in San Gimignano for Sergio Dondoli’s Dolceamaro or Sangue di Bue.
